Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their services at any time. To initiate a cancellation, please contact us via email at [email protected]. We strive to make the process straightforward and hassle-free.

Terms of Service

Turnaround Time: Our 7 to 10-day turnaround time countdown begins once the client has provided full access to all requested assets for the services rendered. Failure to provide these assets will result in delays, which are not the responsibility of Maximize AI. To ensure the effectiveness of our Conversational AI solutions, clients must adhere to the prescribed process, including making outbound dials to leads, working actively with the AI chatbot, attending weekly sales/marketing meetings, and utilizing the system for all call activities. Any concerns or issues must be communicated to the company within the initial 30-day period. Non-compliance with these guidelines may affect the validity of our satisfaction guarantee.

Positive Experience Commitment: We are dedicated to providing a positive experience for all participants in the agreement. Maximize AI may, at its sole discretion, limit, suspend, or terminate the agreement if the client becomes disruptive, demonstrates inappropriate or abusive behavior towards our representatives, fails to follow program guidelines, or impairs our ability to perform services.

Liability: Maximize AI is not liable if the client’s ad account, profile, or business page is disabled, deactivated, or banned by any ad platforms or other web-based platforms. The client is responsible for filing appeals under such circumstances, with our guidance and advice.

Privacy & Confidentiality: We ensure that no part of the client’s confidential information, ideas, business plans, or trade secrets is shared outside of Maximize AI without the client’s express knowledge and approval. The client’s data, assets, and materials are used solely to provide the agreed-upon services. Any reproduction, distribution, or sale of Maximize AI’s strategies, assets, and materials by anyone other than Maximize AI is strictly prohibited.

Scope of Services: Maximize AI will provide comprehensive backend support for the client’s accounts as outlined in the terms of service. Our role is limited to support functions and does not include direct involvement in sales or deal-closing activities.

Payment Terms: Payments for the monthly fee are charged on the same day each month upon sign-up. The one-time licensing fee is due upon execution of the agreement. Late payments may incur additional charges or result in the suspension of services. All program sales are final, non-refundable, and clients waive any right to file a chargeback on authorized payments. Upon severance of the relationship, each party must return all documents and materials containing confidential information and certify compliance in writing. All ads, campaigns, AI integrations, and intellectual property created by Maximize AI will be deleted from the client’s ad account in cases of non-payment.
